I’m looking urgently for a roommate to sign a new lease starting February 28th 2026 in the apartment I’m currently living in Hell’s Kitchen 10036. I am Italian, working 5 days a week in the office (medical aesthetics industry) so I’m never home. I’m OCD clean, respectful, organized and I am looking for either a guy or a girl with the same characteristics. More info about the unit:
The second private room would be available unfurnished from February 28th. 39 floor Amenities in the building.
Lounge, gym, laundry.
24/7 doorman. 12 months lease $2,300 per month each. Need to prove 20 times the rent each co-signer. Total 40 times together.
