The cost to move in is first month’s rent $ plus security deposit $. Fiber Wi-Fi, gas, and monthly cleaning service for the common areas is included.

(Electric, Water, Trash, City of Austin utilities is extra ).

We are looking for someone to lease the room until the end of July .

We are three laid back, clean, drama free, hard working male professionals offering a very spacious bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with 2 roommates).

The community is very safe, quiet, and has many nearby conveniences ( grocery, convenient store, restaurants, coffee shops, bicycle shop, bars etc. ). We are less than ten minutes from Downtown, The Domain, and minutes from UT campus. It’s a very bicycle friendly neighborhood and the free public pool is only a few blocks away.

We are looking for a down to earth, working professional that is clean, enjoys living with others, and pays rent on time. Please respond with some detailed information about yourself ( Where are you from? What do you do for work? What are some of your hobbies? How long you would like to stay?).
