Hi, my name is Amanda! Hi everyone! My roomate Kassity and I are looking for a third girl to move into an open room in our bath town home in Newport minute walk from the beach!

We are both in our mid s and we work full time at a restaurant! We love to hang out and have movie and wine nights but we also enjoy our own time in our rooms! We have friends over every now and again but nothing too crazy!

You would be sharing a bathroom with me (I do all my getting ready in my room). Rent is $ month to month with around $ in utilities. No need to worry about about a security deposit but you are responsible should anything break! We would also like someone long term.

We have a community pool, parking, and washer dryer in unit!
