I have a furnished room available for the month of March to the end of April. And am flexible with the move out dates.
Located in the prime location of Kitsilano, Vancouver. Lot of great cafes, restaurants and shops
Close to all major transit routs. minutes to downtown. Short walk to Kits & Jericho beaches. 
It’s one other best & safest neighbourhoods in Vancouver.

The house it tidy and clean, warm and cozy. Big screen TV with most channels. Crave, Netflix, Prime, Angle TV
**No smoking anything**.
**No partying or loud music**
**Quiet at normal hours until morning**

I am a semi retired women, and believe that age is a state of mind. I’m an actor and a paint/drawing - pastels & crayons artist.
I’m into healthy eating and lifestyle, I practice and embody mindfulness and compassion as a way of life. I enjoy travel, outdoor life, skiing, dance, waling pretty much everywhere. Rain or shine. Healthy cooking and sharing occasional meals. 

There is a female UBC guitar major in the 3rd room, from Singapore. 
She enjoys biking, of course music and cooking. She’s very lovely, quiet.
