I’m looking for someone to take over my fully furnished private space as soon as possible. Rent is $ per month, excluding utilities. The move-in date is March 6 (flexible), and the lease is renewable for the next school year.

You’ll have your own private living space, bedroom, bathroom, backyard access, and a designated private parking space, giving you both privacy and comfort. The home is shared with quiet and respectful Virginia Tech female students, creating a peaceful living environment.

The CRC bus stop is directly in front of the house, and the SMS stop is also right outside, making transportation very convenient.
