My wife and I are looking to rent out a room in our house starting here in Aprilish. The house is in the Berwick area. min from downtown, from Pooler, etc. The house is sq ft, completely furnished, inground pool, etc. The room is private with its own bathroom and fully furnished as well. I am starting a new job in March where I will be traveling quite a bit so I will only be home sporadically. Looking for female, age , professional, clean, and courteous.
