looking for roommate for open room!

hi! my boyfriend and i are moving out of our shared apartment and looking for someone to replace our spot (hoping you can move in between late february-early march). it won’t be furnished as we’ll be taking our stuff. it’s a bath apt shared w/ 3 other roommates ( single). there’s no pets and we don’t smoke. there is street parking and a parking lot in the back of the building for residents/guests. water is included w/ rent, so the only out-of-pocket expenses would be wifi and electricity and gas (which is bundled together). the rest of our roommates are planing to move out once our lease is up (august) or a little before then if possible, so this would be best for someone looking for a short-term space, unless they would be interested in having you w/ their new lease.
