The home is fully furnished with shared common areas. Utilities are included, house expectations, structure is required, quiet environment, and respectful co-residence.

This is not a landlord tenant lease and participants are entering a housing program agreement. Cooperation with house expectations, cleanliness and respectful behavior towards others in the home.
