Hi! I’m a graduating AUA/FIU medical student relocating at the end of March and looking for someone to take over my lease from April .

You would have a private bedroom w/ private bathroom in a sq ft Brickell unit, sharing the apartment with one other FIU medical student.

Rent: $/month

Utilities: Electricity is split with the roommate; all other building utilities/amenities are included.
Security Deposit: Handled directly through The One leasing office as part of the lease takeover.

Building Amenities: Gym, pool, lounge, secure building, and convenient Brickell location close to campus, shops, and transit.

Perfect For: Visiting students, summer internships, away rotations, or short-term stays.
