I’ m an environmental specialist moving to San Diego for work at the end of April. I always keep my space and common areas clean and neat and don’t leave the kitchen without doing my dishes. I’ve never been late on rent or utilities and I like to be mindful of your space but also like to have a good relationship with my roommates!
