We are looking for a third lady for the third bedroom of a 3 bedroom townhouse in Coconut Creek Florida(Sorry Guys!). The home is in a beautiful, green, well upkept community tucked away on the corner of Lyons and Copans and is available for March 1st. There is a washer and dryer in the house and a little bit of storage room. You have a shared bathroom. The room comes with a personal parking space, and, best of all, all utilities are included! There is a pool as well. About 5 minutes from the turnpike, Publix, Walmart etc. If you have a cat or a small dog they would be welcome members of the household :) Current occupants are a older spanish lady who is very friendly and a middle aged fitness lover who is also very friendly.
