Full use of the common areas and the huge backyard. 1 person only no children or couples. $ for the 1st month, I have a newer queen size bed that isn't being used if you need it, the family room has some furniture but can be removed if needed.
Has a storage shed and room in the garage for storage. Share in the electricity and wifi. About a month total. Light rail is about 5 minutes south of the house and lots of restaurants and a fitness and a planet fitness close by. Grocery and Starbucks in walking distance.
I have a little dog and the house owner said that no other pets allowed. Sorry.
