It's not a big room its a small room but its enough to help a single mom with person its free wifi and washer and dryer also community living room and kitchen along with a shared bathroom half bath down stairs and full bath upstairs it has a small fridge in the room no bed ect but if need be I have a air mattress I would ask you do a back ground check and a month lease
