Hi, my name is Kyra. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a vacant apartment to rent in Tucson. My budget is $ and I would like to move in the next month or two.

Looking for a rental we can pay a year lease (in advance) on. We are selling our current property near Picture Rocks and looking to relocate closer to town (preferably east side) before we move back out towards the east coast.

Soon to be 3 children (3 year old, 1 year old, and due with our 3rd here in a week), we have nearly 4 years of documented, on time mortgage payments (we have never formally rented before), 2 pets (cat and dog) and we need space for 3 vehicles. One of the vehicles being our service truck and the other 2 are our own personal vehicles. We are both mechanics and run our own mobile business while I also have experience in general contracting and home repair/maintenance.

Our current property should be sold in the next month or two, so at the time of closure is when we will be looking to move in.
