-Private room for one person inside single family home.
-Rent includes gas, electricity, water utilities and WiFi service.
Shared household common spaces are bathroom, kitchen, living room, patio. House has bathrooms.
-No pets, no cats, no dogs.
-No smoking, no vaping, no drugs
-No grilling, no fire pits
-No guest / visitors. This is in place to respect roommates privacy and security. Reasonable exceptions can be made for unique circumstances i.e coparenting, out of town relatives visiting, etc.
