Hi Everyone!

My twin brother and I recently purchased a home in the DU/Platt Park/Washpark area and are looking for a roommate starting April for more info. All utilities, internet, off street parking are included in the price.

Address: S Franklin St, Denver, CO.

The house is super close to DU (about 2 blocks east), miles directly South of Washpark (a super easy, low traffic walk/run across Franklin St bridge), and about miles East of Platt Park. My brother and I are in our early s and are both Aerospace Engineers (we drive into the office most of the time on weekdays). We enjoy anything active (hikes/runs/sports/etc.) and would love to find a roommate with similar values.

The two basement bedrooms share a large basement bathroom (see below). This bathroom will be shared with a female roommate (’s).

This is the all in price, we will pay for the mbps internet and all utilities. We are also willing to do month to month leases. There is plenty of street parking and we have 4 off street parking spots in the back of the house you can use. Please reach out if you think you would be a good fit!
