About The House: The house is a corner townhouse located in a quiet community. The shared rooms include the kitchen, dining area, and access to the laundry room in the basement. Living room usage must be discussed prior. The vacant room is upstairs and there is a total of 3 bedrooms. I occupy the basement and one of the smaller rooms upstairs as my office, as I work from home most of the time. The other housemate occupies the master bedroom, which is also upstairs. The laundry room is located in the basement, so laundry access will need a hr advanced notice.

The house will be shared by 3 people total, including yourself. Once in a while, I (owner) dog-sits a Yorkie, but this is on rare occasions. We enjoy people who keep to themselves and are quiet. Preference will be given to those who do not cook often, as the kitchen will be shared by three people.
