Owner-occupied home. My wife & I live here with 2 other tenants. Calm, respectful vibe.

House rules:

• Overnight guests max 2 nights/week
• Visitors must leave by pm
• (new windows + new HVAC). We keep it comfortable.

Small dogs & cats live here — must love animals ours lol 🐶🐱

One person only. Smoking outside only.
