I am looking for a female roommate in the Colombia Park area in NE Minneapolis. I live in an upper duplex. I have three cats. The landlord charges $ for the unit. Rent for you would be $ with bills included. If you are willing to feed my cats once daily and clean their litter box when I am not home, which is about 2 times/week (I work a lot). I would discount $ from the rent. The unit has storage, a washer, dryer, and one bathroom, all on one level.
