3 minutes from uptown. A large bedroom is available for move-in. It's a one story duplex with a private parking space if needed, there is also street parking available. Public transportation is available and within walking distance.

The updated apartment (No stairs!) is spacious with plenty of natural sun light throughout. We will share the bathroom, living room, kitchen, washer and dryer. The property has all the amenities needed- a dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer.

I have pets, so the perfect roommate must be pet-friendly. One friendly pet is welcome (please ask for details).

The living space is updated with newer cabinets, granite counters, and hardwood flooring. You can enjoy the furnished deck and back yard during the summer evenings. The bedroom is furnished with the basic needs. Bed, new mattress, dresser and night table. Can also be rented unfurnished with a long term lease of 8 months plus. The room is approximately , Wifi, water, and basic cable are included. We will share /split the electric bill.

Now, about me. I'm a year-old female who works full-time. I enjoy yoga (daily), working out, taking care of my pets, dining, spending time with my family at their home, and keeping my home clean and smelling good at all times.

I am looking for a single, non-smoker, pet-friendly, responsible person who likes to live in a clean place they can call home and would like to be within minutes to uptown, bus stations, restaurants, breweries, and all the center city in Uptown has to offer.
