Newer duplex. I can rent or two rooms. Private bathroom.. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Large walk in closets. Shared kitchen, livingroom, etc. if you work from home, I have an additional standing desk for you to share my office space. Water, electric & internet included in the utility fee

I’m a professional, running a small accounting business out of my home. I would enjoy hanging out sometimes, but am ok with leading separate lives also.. flexible...
