Hi everyone, i’m currently looking to have someone sign on to my currently lease with the option to extend / sign on for a full year !

It’s a bathroom (shared with 1 roomate) apartment in Ozone Park. The apartment has a dining room, living room, big kitchen with dishwasher, a backyard and an in-apartment thermostat.

The minutes walk to A express train will take you to Fulton St in minutes and the 7 minutes walk to Q-SBS will take you to Queens Center Mall in minutes.

The room is about ’ with one window and it comes with an AC. The rent is $. The utilities(electricity and WiFi)are not included.

Looking for someone who is quiet, clean and respectful. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. The room is for one person only. First month rent+deposit are required. Please be able to show proof of income and credit score.
