The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on February 1. In unit laundry, central air, fenced in yard, off street parking, balcony. Mainly furnished except for available bedroom. 5 minute walk to Lippitt Park, minute walk to Centreville Bank Stadium. I have a very sweet cat and dog. No smokers, no partying please. Please be reasonably clean (i.e. dishes in the sink).
