You’d have your own private bedroom and bathroom, and we’d share the cozy, fully furnished kitchen and living area.
Rent is about $/month, which includes utilities and Wi-Fi, and the security deposit is $. This is a -month co-application lease, so we’d both be on the lease.
The apartment has easy highway access and is a convenient drive to most major cities. It also includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
I have a friendly male cat who keeps to himself and gets along with dogs. I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy, and mature who wants a calm, stress-free home.
