Laid-back and easy to get along with. Clean and respectful. I work + hours a week and am not home very often. I enjoy cooking, staying active, and playing sports. Early riser. I like going out occasionally (Fri or Sat) but also value a calm, comfortable home.

Apartment: I already have an apartment picked out in Downtown Bradenton on the intracoastal. bath sqft split plan (bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite sides) All amenities, including movie theater room, heated pool, hot tub, full basketball court, putting green, pickleball courts, tennis courts, gym, great view from balcony. Great location!
