I’m looking to fill a room at Hayden Commons ASAP. It’s a fully furnished unit in a quiet, safe community, and the room is ideal for a student or young professional who wants convenience without the noise.

You’ll have a private en-suite bathroom plus two walk-in closets (excellent storage for clothing and everything else). The apartment includes in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a patio. Parking is available, with bike parking on as well.

Location is a major plus: about a 3-minute drive to FSU (roughly a -minute walk), a 6-minute drive to FAMU, and about a -minute walk to Publix. The community also has a pool and a pet park, and it’s pet-friendly.

Girls only. You’d be living with three responsible, respectful young professional women.

Rent is $/month. Utilities are not included, but typically run $/month.
