Private and spacious room available near Bernardo Heights!

Looking for one roommate to move in February 1st. I’m listing for my two other roommates who are lovely people! Two year olds, nonbinary person (afab) so they’d like someone around the same () who values a respectful and peaceful living environment 🤗

If you’re looking to move soon, this is the place for you! The move in date is pretty urgent but if you can’t make February st is also possible, we’re flexible. Please reach out for more photos of the furnished living room and kitchen if you’re interested. Everyone is on the same page about cleanliness and organization, there’s a musician and an artist here so the shared spaces definitely reflect that 🙌

This room will have one shared bathroom. Unities come out to about $ a month and will be split 3-ways. Parking is available in the lots in front of the unit. Wi-fi is included in the rent as well, and there’s a gym and swimming pool available to you. There’s also a gorgeous view of the mountains over the balcony!

Again, as the move in date is quite urgent, please reach out ASAP if you’re interested so we can set up a time to have you see the place/meet you in person. If you’re comfortable, feel free to swap Insta’s with us beforehand as well!

The rental application is a smooth process through an online portal so we’ll keep it as efficient as possible for you :)
