Bed is a full bed with a adjustable air mattress. Lease starts at 6 months and after that is a month to month basis or whatever we agree on. All spaces in house are shared. The backyard has been updated and includes a patio with couches and TV and fire pit. I also have a very personable cat. mins away from Bob Jones and Furman uni so a perfect location for someone that doesn't want to live on campus.
