House in Henderson/Green Valley, furnished room and private bath. Utilities included except for electric, third shared. May consider a slight reduction in rent for if a great fit for both of us.

Month to Month. Must be clean, no recreational drugs or parties. Smoker or vape ok, outside backyard only.

During the week I work at home in my office (small agency) and prefer someone who works but may consider other.

Access to kitchen (dishes/appliances), living room, washer/dryer and plenty of street parking in front of house (no use of garage). Private backyard.

This is a great, quiet, safe neighborhood. Plenty of shopping, places to eat and near airport, strip and freeways.
