I have a room for rent in my home. It's furnished with a bed and dresser if needed. And plenty of closet space. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom. Quiet and safe neighborhood on the North side of Racine.
The includes everything. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street.
I'm hope to find a good roommate. I want to make this as simple as possible. No contracts or deposits are necessary. You move when you want. All that's required is that you pay rent on time every time.
