I have a ESA/PSD and abide with all of the laws set be the ADA. I'm clean and value my privacy and peace. I am not interested in roommates with constant & random guests, messy habits or smoking, drugs, invasion of privacy, and loudness all hours of the day. I'm considerate and a hard working professional with goals I am aiming to achieve with complete focus and hard work. If you are someone that thinks you're still in collage, I am not the roommate for you. I value my peace. My budget is $ & I would like to move April 1. (No Cat & No Kids). I'm Highly allergic to cats. Kids are loud and bring chaos. Please be opened to signing a roommate agreement and open communication.
