Shared kitchen. Everything included: Utilities, Electric, WiFi (no cable but can be added at tenants expense), shared washer and dryer, garbage pick up, off street parking, & access to pool. Pets are negotiable as I have one cat who is indoor / outdoor and doesn’t get along with other pets well. Security deposit $ and lease is negotiable months.
