The carpet is Ugly but the House and Property is to die for ❤️. This is a room in the upstairs attic of my home with a full stair case walk up that was built in. I’m also open to someone who would like a reduced rent for doing some work around here, but it has to be a knowledgeable carpenter. All Utilities are included including internet. It is furnished with a twin size bed (new sheets and comforter set), night stand, dresser and smart tv. We will be bringing a small couch in as well. The bathroom will be shared. It is an absolute must that you love dogs. I have 3 very friendly dogs and one indoor cat. (Cat stays in my room) I keep a clean home and my pets will not be your responsibility. I also have three horses here that will not be your responsibility. I am open to a male or female roommate however I cannot have any drama or chaos.
