The monthly rent is $ and the room is available [REDACTED] apartment has coin operated washer/dryer in building. Off street parking and located close to the thruway. Location is minutes away from town of Victor and also minutes away from Main street Canandaigua. There are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors because I am renting the 2 bedroom delux. I am quiet but like to interact with my roommate occasionally. I am clean and have 2 cats. I don't cook often and when I do, it's something simple like pasta. I would love it if I could become friends with my new roommate but that's not a requirement.
