I have a furnished or unfurnished queen bedroom with a large walk-in closet and private bathroom in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood where neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. The home is just a few minutes from the highway and grocery stores. It’s a two-story house with bedrooms upstairs and an open, comfortable living space downstairs, with a large backyard/patio/pool. The home is fully furnished and decorated with art, books, and concert posters. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking — which I do often. I cook, juice, eat pretty healthy. Common spaces are meant to be used and enjoyed — with the expectation that everyone cleans up after themselves. Street parking out front is always available. The yard has a pool, floats, covered patio, lounge chairs, fire pit, BBQ, and plenty of space to unwind. Rent includes high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, and use of streaming services. I handle pool care, landscaping, HVAC, and supply basics like toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. Sheets and towels can be provided if needed. A bit about me: I run my own marketing business and work a lot, usually from home. I’m active, enjoy yoga and stretching, eat well, and like getting outside. [REDACTED] who lives nearby. I also have a very sweet and quiet senior dog (mostly naps, some snacks) and I’m currently caring for a fluffy orange cat for a friend. Being comfortable around pets is important. If you have pet experience and are open to occasionally helping out when I travel, discounted rent may be available. I’m looking for an independent, respectful roommate who treats the house like a shared home, communicates directly, and has a life outside the house. Verifiable income required. A refundable cleaning deposit is collected to keep move-out simple and stress-free and covers professional cleaning unless the room and bathroom are returned in move-in condition.
