The room & bathroom are clean and currently available.  Please send information about yourself and we will schedule a time for you to come over. 

Rent: Eleven Hundred Dollars Monthly Due on the 1st
Deposit: Two Hundred Dollars
Utilities: One-Third of Bills (Averages One Hundred Dollars+)
(Cox Internet, SDGE, Conservice-Water, Trash, & Sewer-No Cable or Home Telephone.)
Parking: Check with Office for Availability of Parking in the Community. Otherwise it is Street Parking. 

If we are a fit, you will fill out an application with the office for a credit check and background check. Must Sign Lease as Occupant After Qualifying with the office and Applicable Fees to Office (Approximately One Hundred Dollars to add to Lease and Thirty Dollars to Apply). Also will be required to obtain Renter’s Insurance per the lease.
