Looking for roommate two blocks from Cheesman Park/Cap Hill! With a move in date of March !
I’m , about to be year old schnauzer mix (hypoallergenic), who is very chill and friendly with other animals! I’m a teacher who typically spends a lot of time at home, reading, watching tv and hanging with my dog. I have a very relaxed demeanor, I’m clean, and friendly. happy to be friends with my roommate, but also okay just keeping it at roommates! I’m looking for another woman roommate preferably, around the age of or older! I am open to another dog, or possibly a cat!
The room for rent is the master bedroom with attached separate bathroom, $ a month plus utilities! Garage parking ($) and parking lot ($) spots available! There is typically some good street parking spots as well!
Located on the 8th floor, furnished apartment. (Some things were my old roommates featured in pictures) Two balconies, one alongside the living room/dining room, and one alongside the bedrooms.
