My name is Luca Cozzone, and I am a medical doctor currently based in Italy. I am writing to express my interest in your rental property.
I have been accepted for a one-year research fellowship at the Rolfo's Laboratory at The Ohio State University, starting in March . It's ok for me to share the apartment with other people. 
I am a licensed physician in Italy, moving to Columbus for academic research purposes.As I do not yet have a U .S. credit score, I am happy to provide official bank statements and proof of funds to demonstrate my ability to cover the full duration of the lease and I can provide a reference letter from my current landlord in Italy, as well as my official invitation letter from the University.
I am a quiet, non-smoking professional who is focused on my research. I am very respectful of property and communal living spaces.
