FURNISHED - XL TWIN, BOX SPRING, DESK, LAMP & CHAIR

All other utilities split equally (typically $ or less/person for all utility fees, based on me and previous roommate)

Walking Trail, Pond, Pool, hr Gym, walking distance from park and downtown Rochester! In home security system. Laundry facilities available right across the hall + storage unit.

Work, Church (Christian), working out, & loving on my cats & family is my jam!

I am in two grad schools and work, so I am usually gone, playing with the cats or watching K-dramas & things lol.

LOVE to cook. Keep things CLEAN, smelling good and looking good. Artsy and colorful.

I’m more of a movie night, Anime, food festival, worship concert, travel, outdoor adventure, pottery class, DIA visit kind of girl.

LEASE ENDS . I would like to transfer lease responsibility DURING LEASE RENEWAL TIME. PREFERENCE MAY BE GIVEN TO SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE OVER THE LEASE.

I plan to be here until August . I may stay longer. (Depends on my scholarship determination for studying abroad. I will know by May/June.)

If I do leave in August, it will be just you OR you & roommate replacement. If you prefer 1 roommate (or if you prefer 2), I can help you find roommates.
