No pets, no smoking on the property.

Hi, I have a private bath available in my new home. The rent is $ per month. No pets are allowed, and no smoking. I want someone who is Respectful, kind and God fearing that will be clean and treat the house like hers.. The rent is $ per month and the utilities will be divided into -month security deposit is required, along with two months recent pay stubs, at least two references (for emergency purposes), and a valid driver's License.

The utilities are shared equally at the end of each month. Right now, my water, trash, and sewer bill averages about $ per month, and electricity is around $. I manage electricity carefully — I always turn off the lights and usually use a fan instead of the AC. I only turn on the AC when it's absolutely needed, and even then, just for a few hours. And now that we are going to winter, i wear thick pejamas to protect myself and I only turn heater on when it’s degrees or less. And just for a few hours too. So, sharing these utilities with another adult might increase the cost by double (hopefully not triple, lol), but the total monthly expenses shouldn't be more than about $ if we both continue to manage utilities responsibly.
