Spring sublet!

Looking to sublet a room in my apartment on S Union Street ASAP-June 1st. Rent is plus utilities. I have two wonderful roomates (women) who are currently students at UVM. The apartment is a minute walk from UVM campus, a 3 min walk from Champlain campus or church street. The room comes with a parking pass to the parking lot behind the building, and there’s free laundry in the building next door that you’ll have access to.
My roomate has a cat named Nemo who is okay with almost all other animals (though also afraid of most things.)
