Hey everyone my name is Jasmine, I am a student at KSU and I’m looking for a new roommate as my current roommate is moving out. I have a bth apartment currently right next to the Battery. The rooms itself are going to be $ a month including utilities or $ a month not including utilities. Whichever you prefer. It’s in a great apartment complex with a gated community and conveniently located right next to everything. I’m looking for preferably 1 female or male roommate preferably in their undergrad or grad year in college but it’s not a requirement. No kids and preferably no pets unless it’s a small dog. I do have a small dog myself which is why I would prefer no more pets.
You would have your own room and a nice size closet. There is a shared bathroom with my female roommate. The apartment is fully furnished besides the bedroom and bathrooms itself. Overall I just want someone who cleans up after themselves and is drama free. My apartment is bug free unless it flies in and I would really like to keep it that way. 1 room is available January th move in date and will be $ a month w/ or $ w/o utilities. The utilities range each month. The lease length will be to Aug. The rooms are pretty big and we do have an in-unit washer and dryer. I am friendly however all smoking must be done outside on the patio as the apartment is strict about smoking. Please message me for any more details or questions you may have.
