Roommate for private room/bath GVR

I am looking for a roommate to take over half of the lease. I have just moved into this unit the beginning of October and the room has been unused.

You will have a private bedroom + bathroom: includes monthly rent + utilities (electric and water) + WiFi
$ - Security deposit required (one time, refundable)
Qualification: must make at least one and a half times total rent monthly minimum income (paystubs required for signing, message me for details)

Apartment complex is
in Gateway Park (Green Valley Ranch)
Gated community
Lake view
Storage units available
Garages available

No pets please, unit is at max capacity already
No couples please
No loud/chaotic children (it is the 3rd floor)
