You’ll have a private bathroom for yourself. It also has a spacious walk-in closet. There is parking available in the driveway, and you can use the garage to store stuff. Unfortunately, the room is not furnished. It’s available now and the lease is month-to-month from the start so there's no long-term commitment.
First month rent + $ deposit is due upon moving in.
