Hi! I am looking for someone to takeover my month-to-month lease on a BR townhouse in Echo Park. The available room is on the 3rd floor & has its own private full bath. You would be sharing the house with two creative professionals - a woman in her early s who works in wellness & a year old male production designer/carpenter (super handy to have around the house!)

The monthly rent is $ + utilities & the room is available on February 1st (possibly can do Jan if needed). If interested, please send me a message & I will provide more details as to what is needed to take over the lease. Guarantors also welcome.
