I’m great to live with because I bring a mix of chill energy, humour, and responsibility to the house. I keep things tidy, clean up after myself, and somehow always remember the things everyone else forgets—like taking the bins out before they start an entire new ecosystem. I’m respectful of people’s space, but I’m also the type who can make even the most boring Tuesday night feel a bit more fun with good conversation, music recommendations, or a last-minute snack run.

I don’t bring drama, I don’t cause messes, and I’m surprisingly organised for someone who laughs as much as I do. I’m the perfect balance of independent and sociable—I’ll hype you up when you need it, leave you alone when you want quiet, and always contribute to keeping the home comfortable, positive, and low-stress. Basically, I’m the kind of person who makes living together easier, lighter, and a lot more enjoyable.

I’m happy to pay rent fortnightly (bi-weekly). I’ll be starting work between mid-January and February, and in the meantime I receive Centrelink payments, so rent is still covered and reliable.
