I have a master bedroom for rent in a home in a quiet neighborhood in Elk Grove. Rent is all inclusive. There is no security deposit but I ask that you pay the first and last month’s rent upon move-in.

The master suite contains a full bathtub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. You will have access to either driveway and/or street parking, a personal fridge, and a personal cabinet in our shared kitchen. You will also have access to WiFi, and the shared washer and dryer. Cats are allowed.
