Hello! My fiancé and I are seeking a roommate to sublease our unfurnished bedroom/private bathroom in our spacious, furnished apartment in Edgewater. The move-in date is February , and the lease is months (this is somewhat flexible). Rent is $ plus a $ monthly flat fee for all utilities. In addition, a one-month security deposit is required upon signing the sublease agreement. Rent is due by the 1st of each month and is payable via Venmo or Zelle.

We have a corner unit, and your bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Biscayne Bay, a large closet, and a ceiling fan. The photos show the room and bathroom design from two different roommates, so you can get a feel for how it can look different depending on the furniture. There is an assigned parking spot on the 1st floor of the garage for an extra $/month, and also free street parking on th street. Our apartment is in a great location in Edgewater - walking distance to Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District, and also super close to Downtown, Brickell, and Mid-Beach!
