🏡 The Space -- Private bed + bath (former home office – see bed photo); washer/dryer in unit; modern kitchen + cozy front stoop; community perks include pool, fitness gym, clubhouse, work/study spaces, grills, garden, and gated garage

✨About Me -- Professional, mature female, work from home x/week, social but also love my quiet time. My home = my sanctuary, so I’m hoping for someone independent, respectful, and drama-free.

🤝Roommate Vibes -- Full-time job + professional lifestyle, NO overnight guests without advance permission, NO Pets, and must be respectful of shared spaces & quiet after PM

💵 Rent -- $ Security Deposit due at move-in and would be applied to last month’s rent in May.

📍Location -- West Austin/MoPac Area – close to shopping, dining & The Grove’s awesome spots (parks, cafés, restaurants, fitness studios).
