Empty nester looking for a + yr female roommate to share a furnished house in a very quiet, over +, gated community. The community is for adults over yrs only. Property is gated and has a pool.

I am and work full time in the medical field.

Private connecting bathroom.
1 large standing bookshelf,
3 large Under the bed drawers and a
closet with mirrored door. Flexible about moving out bed if preferred.

Lots of exercise equipment available to use
Washer & dryer
Parking available just across the street for a small fee to the community.

I love small dogs. Allergic to cats
If you have a dog under lbs, your pet would be welcome provided he/she passes the friendly test.

Willing to start with 6 month lease. If it’s a good fit, we can renegotiate. Roommate will need to clear credit, background check and quick interview to see if we are a good fit.
